Educational Quote:

La Luz holds K3+ and Summer Learning through a NM Public Education Department grant!  We are so fortunate to be able to provide these services for our children.  We also provide additional summer learning for grades 3-5!  The dates this year are from June 18 - July 23, 2014.  Please make plans for your children to attend this summer!  We do have this EXTENDED school year for EVERY child at La Luz and incoming Kindergarteners for La Luz!  Thank You!  Any questions, please call the Office 761-8415 for more information.

School Hours

La Luz School Hours  7:45a.m. - 2:00p.m.

Tardy Bell Rings:        7:50a.m.

Please Note:  Children cannot be on campus before 7:30a.m. as we do not have any adult supervision before this time.

Students must be picked up no later than 2:10p.m.

When students arrive each morning they need to go to the playground.  Students and parents will not be allowed in the building to wait until the bell rings, so teachers can prepare for the day.  If you have an appointment with your child's teacher, you may attend your appointment.  Thank you for allowing us to prepare for your child's day of learning!
